The Community of Practice (CoP) is a team of passionate advocates and guardians of Agile methodology, spearheading a revolution in how our organization approaches project management and innovation. You will be essential in creating new methodologies and best practices that guide our business through its agile journey. You are a change agent who recognizes adaptability, collaboration, and continuous improvement are the keys to thriving in today's dynamic business landscape. You will empower our implementation organization to break free from traditional constraints and foster a culture of flexibility, transparency, and customer-centricity. Your daily routine consists of collaborating with your global peers and CoP team members who share your passion for delivering value to our clients and associates. Your SAP payroll expertise is essential to research and make recommendations that increase the efficiency of our Lead Consultant resources. Your technical knowledge is on full display as you are the Subject Matter Expert (SME) overseeing the methodology and best practices related to SAP Payroll implementation, maintenance, and optimizations. You are the point of contact and will coordinate with other internal teams to ensure the methodology updates are timely. As a current or future Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Practice Consultant (SPC), you will SAFe train our future Scrum Master's and lead events that include training, coaching Program Increment Planning (PI), Iteration Planning (IP), and Retrospectives. To thrive in this role, you must have a deep passion for driving changes to methodologies and sharing your functional and technical SAP knowledge. You will have 7 + years of experience as SAP Lead Consultant, focusing on organizations implementing solutions like Human Resources, Payroll, Time, etc. Our journey is rarely a straight line. Therefore, you have the ability to pivot and adjust to changes. You are a continuous learner who takes pride in sharing knowledge with your team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
What you can expect on a typical day:
- Thought Leadership: You will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to our implementation organization on methodology improvements and updates.
- Instruct and Coach:You will lead Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) events that include training to certify students as Scrum Masters and Agilists. You will serve as an Agile coach to selected business leaders.
- Methodology Updates:Understanding the Business Unit's strategic goals allows you to function as a consultant and business partner to other groups within ADP and collaborate with peers to establish best practices. You will focus on maintaining our methodology handbooks with revisions and new updates.
- Flex:You will participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments, and collaboration opportunities with other business units as needed.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:A college degree is not required but could set you apart. What's more important is having the skills and experience to do the job. You will need 7+ years of experience as an SAP Lead Consultant. A demonstrated ability to execute strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives. A passion for continuously improving how we deliver our products and services to external and internal customers.
